What payments are accepted - We accept PayPal, all major credit, debit cards including American Express. 

Is it safe to order online - We keep all payment and personal data 100% private. Your data is securely encrypted and protected with SECURE SOCKETS LAYER (SSL - the industry standard protection for websites) and we never see your credit card/debit card/payment information; all transactions are handled by our bank and not by Hylton Goods. 

How do I receive the goods - We use DPD and DHL for our couriers. Your Hylton Goods are gift wrapped in our signature dusts bags and presentation boxes. 

Unpacking - When you receive your Hylton Goods, please give them a good brush! Like us no one likes being placed inside a box for a couples days, so to freshen the briefcase especially the suede variants, give it a good brush. P.s sorry about all the stuffing. 

Care of Goods - Every hide of Hylton Goods leather/suede is unique. Marks, veins, tonal variations are celebrated natural features that we want you to care for so that your Hylton Goods can be by your side for decades.

Keep goods away from strong sunlight where ever possible

If the bags come into contact with water, please dab them with an absorbent cloth and let them rest over night in a nice warm place.

VAT -  is included in the price. Some countries outside of the EU may ask you to pay import duties when receiving your Hylton Goods, this is your responsibility. 

Returns - Hylton Goods offer a full refund (less the outward postage) on any unused items within 14 days of receipt. The Item must be returned with all the packaging in the same condition as you received it.  We cannot be responsible for the cost for return shipping or any items lost in the post.
